Each product page includes detailed size guides with measurements. When in doubt, measure your pet and compare with our charts. Remember: Disney magic fits everyone, but proper sizing ensures maximum comfort!

Processing Time: 1-2 business days (may be slightly longer during peak seasons when our elves are extra busy)

Shipping Options:

• Standard Magical Express: 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx ($12.95 for orders under $50)
• Free Disney Dream Delivery: 15-25 days via EMS (for orders over $50)

Yes! We ship our Disney pet magic worldwide, though some remote areas and parts of Asia might have temporary restrictions. If you’re unsure about your location, contact our customer service before ordering.

All orders come with tracking numbers so you can follow your package’s magical journey! For Standard Shipping, you’ll get detailed tracking. For Free Shipping, you’ll receive basic tracking information. Check your confirmation email for details.

We want you and your pet to be completely enchanted! If not, you have 15 days after delivery to initiate a return for most items. Some magical spells (personalized items, costumes after Halloween, etc.) may be non-refundable – check individual product details.

Contact our customer service at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide a return address. Items must be unused and in original packaging.

Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
