You may return most unworn, unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Some magical exceptions apply (see below).

  • Personalized items (like custom engraved bowls or monogrammed clothing)
  • Opened food/treats (for health and safety reasons)
  • Used pet clothing & costumes (must have original tags attached)
  • Clearance items (marked with fairy dust in the product description)

🔮 The Return Spell (Step-by-Step Process)

  1. Contact our Fairy Godmother Team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Await our magical response (within 24-48 hours) with return instructions.
  3. Package your items securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  4. Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you).

💰 Refund Alchemy

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund processing: 3-5 business days
  • Refund method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)

  • Self-arranged shipping: You cover return shipping costs
  • Prepaid label: We email a return label (shipping cost deducted from your refund)

For exchanges, we recommend using tracked shipping. We’re not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Q: My item arrived damaged – what do I do?

Q: Can I return items bought on sale?
A: Yes! Regular sale items can be returned within 15 days. Final sale/clearance items are non-returnable.
