You may return most unworn, unused items in original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Some magical exceptions apply (see below).

- Personalized items (like custom engraved bowls or monogrammed clothing)
- Opened food/treats (for health and safety reasons)
- Used pet clothing & costumes (must have original tags attached)
- Clearance items (marked with fairy dust in the product description)
🔮 The Return Spell (Step-by-Step Process)
- Contact our Fairy Godmother Team within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- Await our magical response (within 24-48 hours) with return instructions.
- Package your items securely in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Include the completed return form (we’ll email this to you).

Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refund processing: 3-5 business days
- Refund method: Original payment method (credit card/PayPal)

For exchanges, we recommend using tracked shipping. We’re not responsible for items lost in transit back to us.

Q: Can I return items bought on sale?
A: Yes! Regular sale items can be returned within 15 days. Final sale/clearance items are non-returnable.
Q: How long until my exchange arrives?
